WOSU Public Media, in partnership with the Ohio History Connection, the National Park Service, and a Tribal Advisory Council, presents a six-part digital docuseries on the Hopewell Ceremonial Earthworks—recognized as UNESCO World Heritage sites in 2023.
Hosted by Logan York of the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma, the series journeys across Ohio to explore these monumental sites with Tribal members, culture bearers, archaeologists, and historians. Together, they reveal how the earthworks remain living places of memory, meaning, and connection.
